對產(chǎn)品在研發(fā)、模具設計階段進行模流分析,包含工作計劃﹑3d建模﹑提案改善。
role and mission 角色和使命
? fully understand injection molding process, plastic processing injection molds and have a thorough knowledge of polymers and rheology.
充分理解注塑工藝,注塑模具以及全面的高分子材料和流變學的知識。
? e_tensive practice of mold flow including: flow, pack, cooling, warp, shrink, stress, gate location, welding line, venting, pressure loss, wall thickness analysis, temperature contribution etc
大量的模流分析經(jīng)驗,比如填充,冷卻,變形,收縮,剪切,澆口位置,熔接線,困氣,壓力損失,產(chǎn)品壁厚分析,溫度分布等。
? provide mold flow studies for customers, design team, costing team, npd as reference.
提供模流分析報告給客戶,設計,報價,npd作為參考。
? proficient in scientific injection molding, support mold trial team to stabilize the process parameter and resolve some issues.
精通科學注塑,協(xié)助試模組穩(wěn)定工藝和解決相關問題。
? participate in the test for validation and comparison of the theory,analysis defect of product, provide the solution of improvement.
參與試模進行理論的驗證和對比,分析產(chǎn)品的成型缺陷,提出改善方案
? archive the analysis data and e_perience , improve the mold flow analysis and database standardization.
整理歸檔分析資料和經(jīng)驗總結,完善模流分析數(shù)據(jù)庫及標準化
? good knowledge of the following programs: e_cel, word, powerpoint.
熟悉e_cel,word,powerpoint等辦公室軟件。
? train new engineers on moldflow.
培訓新的工程師

第2篇 模流分析師崗位職責任職要求
模流分析師崗位職責
職責描述:
1)、本科及以上學歷,年齡35周歲以下,熟練使用三維設計軟件(catia、ug、pro/e等)進行產(chǎn)品三維造型、分型;能夠繪制模具結構圖、零件圖、加工工藝圖,有3年以上汽車內(nèi)飾件模具設計工作經(jīng)驗。
2)、熟練使用mold-fiow軟件操作,并能獨立建立材料庫及出具完整分析報告,與優(yōu)化提案。

第3篇 模流分析師崗位職責
任職要求:
1、熟悉模具設計;
2、具有moldflow實際使用年限2年以上工作經(jīng)驗;
3、具有模流分析數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析能力;
4、具有良好的溝通能力和文字表達能力。
工作職責:
1、使用模流分析軟件模擬并分析結果,及時準確提供模流分析報告;
2、通過這些結果對模具的方案可行性進行評估,完善模具設計方案及產(chǎn)品設計方案;
3、并協(xié)助完善更新圖紙的設計。
