職位描述:
職責(zé)描述:
1)組織制定產(chǎn)品工藝流程、工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、技術(shù)和安全操作流程;
2)負(fù)責(zé)工藝管理部的技術(shù)改進(jìn)(包括科研開發(fā)、科技攻關(guān)、合理化建議和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理等) 項(xiàng)目的開展與實(shí)施管理工作,確保本部門技術(shù)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性;
3)建立和完善產(chǎn)品技術(shù)管理制度和程序;
4)定期組織對車間的工藝流程、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)指標(biāo)等進(jìn)行綜合評估;
5)對生產(chǎn)工藝研發(fā)成員進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn),提高成員的工藝水平和能力。
任職要求:
1)40歲以下,全日制大專以上學(xué)歷。
2)三年以上知名定制家具企業(yè)工藝工程師、工藝主管、工藝經(jīng)理任職經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3)熟悉定制家具板材技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)工藝,以及加工流程,擅長根據(jù)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝特點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)提出合理化建議;
4)擅長建立和完善生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)管理制度,曾有成功建立體系者優(yōu)先考慮;
5)思維嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),具有較強(qiáng)的邏輯能力、分析能力、改善能力、培訓(xùn)能力、推廣能力、管理能力、溝通能力。
第3篇 工藝技術(shù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)
工藝技術(shù)經(jīng)理 summary of position:
provide broad leadership in the deployment of technology within china and lead the building of a technology infrastructure to align with the business strategy for the region. will serve as the main point of contact for the corporate technology team in china, assist with the development and e_ecution of the technology strategy and advance global technology initiatives as defined and approved by business and technology leadership. will manage engineering, r&d and technical support work within china and be responsible for the e_ecution of programs and projects ensuring a high degree of technical quality of work. will lead technical due diligence, new product development, and/or competitive analysis as assigned. will provide technical service to support sales growth, development and customer satisfaction
principle job responsibilities:
? be an active participant of the asia leadership team and translate, develop and e_ecute a china technology deployment strategy that aligns with approved business strategies.
? lead technical staff to ensure sufficient technical support is provided to operations, as requested, for solving process/technical problems in an effective and prompt way. the position is responsible for partnering with site supervision in monitoring the processes and plant equipment for operation to standard and desired performance and continuously improving the standard of operation.
? upgrade the companies china technology capability including:
o maintaining and continuously developing the technical proficiency and professionalism of staff to ensure a highly qualified technical workforce is available to effectively e_ecute defined technology goals and objectives. improving the e_ecution performance of technology programs in china is a must.
o collaborating with the us methods development, organic synthesis and applications development directors by being the bridge between the us team and the asian commercial team to advance the e_ecution of the applications, methods development or organic research technology strategy for china.
o ensuring technical resource availability as needed to meet project or business requirements including conducting resource planning, gap identification and developing ways to proactively mitigate resource shortages.
? align technical quality of work completed in china as appropriate with corporate standards, policies and procedures.
? overall responsibility as project lead in setting up green filed project which includes project design, erection, commissioning to commercial production.
? look for opportunities to apply innovative technology approaches to e_isting or new projects through leveraging internal resources as well as those of 3rd party engineering, consultants, universities, and trade groups.
? collaborate with global technology community for best practice sharing and resource allocations and distribution. aid in development of can-do growth culture driven around delivering results on prioritized programs.
? manage, mentor and coach technology professionals.
? capability in si_ sigma and lean would be a plus.
? ensures programs and projects comply with internal and e_ternal eh&s requirements, including having a strong command of process safety management.
